Why doesn't my shopping cart work? 
This may be due to incompatibility with some browsers. By all accounts it works with Firefox and Internet Explorer so simply switch your browser to any of these two browsers. Under the unlikelihood of you still experiencing some difficulty, please contact us and we will take your order down and arrange for an alternative payment method.

Can you do returns? 
We are sorry but we do not accept returns at this moment. Please make sure you have checked out every details of the item before your purchase to avoid any misperception of the items characteristics. Although we take every care during our handmaking process, those minor, apparent irregularity may be intended, or in fact, it is what makes a handmade item special!

Shipping Charges: 
Shipping charges are quoted based on shipping via Registered  Mail with Pos Malaysia. Please allow 3-7 days for Malaysia destinations, and 7-20 days for international destinations. To make your experience more pleasant, we have based the charges on flat rates per item. International customers will have rates calculated during checkout and included in the overall price. If you would prefer an alternative shipping method, we're more than happy to oblige with a quote.
